Terms of Use

Short version

Pink Weave is a free iOS puzzle published by Danielius Studio LLC. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Every puzzle is free; an optional Pro unlock adds cosmetic board themes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Weave on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Purchases and subscriptions

All puzzles, difficulties, and the daily challenge are free. Pink Weave offers an optional Pro unlock for cosmetic board themes, available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Pro never changes how a puzzle plays.

No warranty

Pink Weave is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Weave at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
