Terms of Use

Short version

Pink Weave is an iOS puzzle app published by Danielius Studio LLC, free to download with optional in-app purchases. Every puzzle is free. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Weave on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Purchases and subscriptions

Pink Weave is free to download and has no ads. Every puzzle, every board size and the daily puzzle are free, and some board themes open for free as you solve puzzles. Pink Weave Pro opens every board theme at once, including Prism, a theme only Pro has. Pro never changes how a puzzle plays.

Pro is sold as Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year) or Lifetime ($29 one-time) (USD; local pricing may vary). There is no free trial and no introductory offer. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and Lifetime is a one-time purchase that does not renew. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy.

Restore Purchases in the app brings back what you bought before. Pro supports Apple's Family Sharing, so you can share it with your family group.

No warranty

Pink Weave is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Weave at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; manage it in your Apple Account settings. The studio may discontinue distribution of the app at any time. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
