Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Weave does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs fully on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising. Pink Weave is free to download and every puzzle is free. Pink Weave Pro is an optional purchase processed entirely by Apple; we never see or store payment details.

Who we are

Pink Weave is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Data we do NOT collect

• No account, no email, no password. The app has no signup.
• No analytics, no telemetry, no event tracking.
• No advertising identifiers (no IDFA, no fingerprinting).
• No usage data sent off the device.
• No microphone, no camera, no photos.
• No location, no contacts, no calendar.

What stays on your device

Pink Weave keeps your progress on your device only: your best solve time for each difficulty, the daily result and streak, how many puzzles you have solved, how many hints you have used, your selected difficulty and theme, the date you installed the app and whether Pro is active. Nothing leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it all.

If you allow reminders, the time of day you usually open the app is kept too, so a few tips and reminders arrive at a good moment in your first week. To avoid asking for a rating too often, the app also keeps which days you opened it and when the rating card was last shown. All of this stays on your device and nothing is sent to us.

In-app purchases

Pink Weave is free to download and has no ads. Every puzzle, every board size and the daily puzzle are free. Pink Weave Pro is an optional purchase that opens every board theme at once, including Prism, a theme only Pro has. It is sold as Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year) or Lifetime ($29 one-time), in US dollars; local pricing may vary. There is no free trial and no introductory offer.

The transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store: we never receive your name, card details, or Apple Account address. The app records only whether Pro is active, on your device. Restore Purchases asks Apple to confirm what you bought before. Pro supports Apple's Family Sharing, so you can share it with your family group.

Reminders

Pink Weave can send a few tips and reminders in your first week. They are optional and start only after you say yes, first in the app and then in your iPhone's permission prompt. They are scheduled on your device and nothing is sent to us. You can turn them off at any time in Settings in the app, or in your iPhone's Settings.

Ratings

Now and then Pink Weave may show a card asking whether you would like to rate the app. If you agree, Apple's own rating sheet opens and your rating goes to Apple, never to us. If you tap Not now, the card simply closes.

Support emails

The Support row in Settings opens your email app with a message that already names the app, its version, your device type and your iOS version, so we know which app you mean. Nothing is sent unless you send the email yourself.

Children

Pink Weave is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Weave does not collect data, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all on-device state, simply delete the app. The only thing we could ever hold is an email you choose to send us, and we will delete it if you ask.

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device (for example, cloud sync, leaderboards, analytics), this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date at the top will change. The current version of the app has no such feature.
