Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using the Pink Tone iOS app (“Pink Tone”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Pink Tone is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
What Pink Tone is
Pink Tone is a personal voice-to-art iPhone app. You speak for up to thirty seconds; iOS 26's on-device SpeechAnalyzer transcribes the audio into text on your device; Apple's Image Playground then paints a painterly image based on that transcript. The transcript and the generated image are saved on the device as a personal art piece. Audio is held in memory during transcription and can either be kept as a clip or discarded.
Voice-to-art requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer) with a working microphone. On unsupported devices the recording UI is disabled.
The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Speech recognition and image generation both run entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What Pink Tone is not
Pink Tone is not a voice-memo transcription service, a dictation tool, or a meeting-notes app. It is not a public AI art platform, a social gallery, or a marketplace; the images you generate stay on your device and are not uploaded anywhere. It is not a chat app or a conversational assistant. Recordings are personal artifacts; transcripts are the prompts your personal art is painted from.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Tone on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Free window and subscriptions
When you first install Pink Tone, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.
After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three painted images lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited painted images, the year wall PDF export, and the Lock Screen widget.
All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Tone available on the App Store under your Apple ID.
Acceptable use
Pink Tone is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the app, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. The painted images you generate are for your personal enjoyment; they are not licensed for commercial redistribution.
Recording consent and third-party voices
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any voice you record with Pink Tone complies with the audio-recording and consent laws of the jurisdiction where the recording takes place. This includes one-party and two-party consent rules, workplace recording restrictions, and any applicable rules about recording minors. If your recording captures the voice of another person, you are responsible for obtaining the consent required by your local law before capturing or retaining that audio. Pink Tone provides the recording tool; the legal responsibility for the act of recording is yours.
Not therapy, not medical advice
Pink Tone is a creative tool for turning spoken thoughts into a personal painting. The transcript and the painted image are generated by on-device machine-learning models and are not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. The app does not interpret the meaning of what you say, predict outcomes, or claim to address mental-health conditions. If you have concerns about your mental health, consult a qualified professional.
Disclaimers
Pink Tone is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that on-device transcription will be perfectly accurate or that Image Playground will produce a particular result for a given prompt.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any losses arising from inaccurate transcription, unintended image content, or recording that violates a third party's rights.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Tone or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Tone after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
