Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Table Android app (“Pink Table”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Table is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Table is

Pink Table is a private restaurant visit log for Android phones and tablets. You search for a place, rate a dish on food, vibe and value, and add who you went with and a note. The Places tab lists every restaurant you logged with its visit count and average score, and the Map tab pins each one. A Home Screen widget opens the app.

The app stores your log in a private database on your phone. Place search and the map need an internet connection: the map comes from OpenFreeMap, using OpenStreetMap data, and place search is answered by your phone's geocoder service. In-app purchases use Google Play billing. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Table on Android devices you own or control, as permitted by the Google Play Terms of Service. Where these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service conflict, the Google Play Terms of Service control.

Free tier and subscriptions

Pink Table is free to install. Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that, without Pro, you can keep up to 3 visits in total. Pro unlocks unlimited visits.

Pro is available as Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year), or a one-time Lifetime unlock ($29). You can choose any tier from the Settings screen inside the app.

All payments are processed through Google Play billing and are subject to Google Play's standard subscription terms, including renewal until you cancel. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them. Manage or cancel in Google Play: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Pink Table stays available to your Google account on Google Play.

Map data

The map shows data from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence, in tiles made with OpenMapTiles and served by OpenFreeMap. These credits are also shown inside the app, behind the information button on the map. Places are found by your phone's geocoder service and drawn on a map built from OpenStreetMap data, so a place can be missing, misplaced or closed: check before you travel.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Table, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Table is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Who these Terms are with

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Google, and that Google is not responsible for Pink Table or its contents.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Google's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Table after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
