Terms of Use

Short version

Pink Flank is an Android app published by Danielius Studio LLC. It is free to download, with 5 free games a day after the first three days, and optional in-app purchases unlock unlimited games. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Flank on Android devices you own or control, as permitted by the Google Play Terms of Service. Where these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service conflict, the Google Play Terms of Service control.

Subscriptions and purchases

When you first install Pink Flank, every game is unlocked for three days. After that, without Pro, you can start 5 games a day, and the count starts again at midnight. A game is one board you start: Play on the home screen, or New board. A board you have started can always be finished. Pink Flank offers optional in-app purchases that unlock unlimited games: Pro Monthly ($3 / month), Pro Annual ($13 / year), and a one-time Lifetime unlock ($29). Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. You can manage or cancel in Google Play: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that does not renew. Payment is charged to your Google Play payment method at confirmation of purchase. All purchases are processed by Google Play, and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Pink Flank contains no ads.

No warranty

Pink Flank is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside Google Play.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Flank at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The Google Play Terms of Service may impose additional terms.
