Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Flank does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs fully on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising. Pink Flank is free to download, with optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Google Play; we never see or store payment details.

Who we are

Pink Flank is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Data we do NOT collect

• No account, no email, no password: the app has no signup.
• No analytics, no telemetry, no event tracking.
• No advertising identifiers.
• No usage data sent off the device.
• No microphone, no camera, no photos.
• No location, no contacts, no calendar.

What stays on your device

Pink Flank stores your wins against the computer, how many games you started today, the date you installed the app, the days you opened it (so the rating question comes at a good moment) and whether Pro is active on your device only, in the app's own private storage. Nothing leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it all. If you allow notifications, it also keeps the time of day you usually open the app, so a few tips and reminders arrive at a good moment in your first week. They are scheduled on your device and nothing is sent to us.

In-app purchases

Pink Flank is free to download and has no ads. Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that you can start 5 games a day for free. Pink Flank Pro removes the limit: Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year) or Lifetime ($29 one-time). The transaction is handled entirely by Google Play billing: we never receive your name, card details, or Google account address. The app records only whether Pro is active, on your device.

Rating prompt

After you have opened the app on a few different days, it may ask whether you would like to rate it, and may ask once more months later. If you say yes, Google Play shows its own rating sheet and handles it under Google's privacy policy.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.

Your rights

Because Pink Flank does not collect data, there is nothing to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all on-device state, simply delete the app.

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device, this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
