Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Count Android app (“Pink Count”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Count is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Count is

Pink Count is a personal mental-math sprint game for Android phones. You pick an event (an operation such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division, on whole numbers, integers, or fractions), and solve timed problems in your head. A streak of correct answers levels you up; a wrong answer drops you a level. Fraction answers are accepted in any equivalent form. Every event is free. Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days; after that, free play allows 5 games a day, and Pro unlocks unlimited games. A Home Screen widget opens the app.

The app makes no network calls except to Google Play billing for in-app purchases. All gameplay runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Count on Android devices you own or control, as permitted by the Google Play Terms of Service. Where these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service conflict, the Google Play Terms of Service control.

Subscriptions and purchases

Pink Count is free to play: everything is unlocked for your first 3 days, and after that you can play 5 games a day. An optional Pro upgrade unlocks unlimited games. Pro is available as:

• Pro Monthly: $3 per month (auto-renewing subscription).
• Pro Annual: $13 per year (auto-renewing subscription).
• Pro Lifetime: $29 one-time purchase.

All payments are processed through Google Play billing and are subject to Google's standard subscription terms. Payment is charged to your Google Play payment method at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Google Play: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Prices shown are for the United States storefront; your local price and currency are displayed at the time of purchase.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase. It remains active for as long as Pink Count stays available to your Google account on Google Play.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside Google Play.

No warranty

Pink Count is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Count after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
