Privacy Policy
Short version
Pink Count does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs fully on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no telemetry, and no third-party SDKs. The only network calls Pink Count makes are to Google Play billing when you choose to subscribe or buy the Lifetime unlock; those payments are processed by Google Play, and we never see your card number or billing details.
Who we are
Pink Count is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
Data we do NOT collect
- No account, no email, no password: the app has no signup.
- No analytics, no telemetry, no event tracking.
- No advertising identifiers (no advertising ID, no fingerprinting).
- No usage data sent off the device.
- No microphone, no camera, no photos.
- No location, no contacts, no calendar.
- No Health Connect, no Health data.
What stays on your device
Pink Count stores your session attempts (which problems you saw, what you answered, your score per round), your high score and peak level per event, and your app settings, on your device only, in the app's own preferences and a private database on your phone. Nothing leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it all. If you allow notifications, the time of day you usually open the app, so a few tips and reminders arrive at a good moment in your first week. They are scheduled on your device and nothing is sent to us.
Home Screen widget
Pink Count includes a Home Screen widget that opens the app. It is a fixed tile and reads none of your scores. No data is sent off the device for the widget to function.
In-app purchases
Pink Count offers an optional Pro upgrade (Monthly, Annual, or a one-time Lifetime unlock). If you choose to purchase, the transaction is handled by Google Play billing. Google Play processes the payment and shares only the purchase status with the app so we can verify your entitlement. We never see your card number, billing address, or any personal information beyond Google's opaque transaction identifier.
Google Play keeps your purchase record. When you open the app, it asks Google Play on your phone whether Pro is active and remembers the answer on your device. Nothing about it is sent to any server we operate.
Deleting your data
Your data lives only on your phone. Delete your entries inside the app, or remove the app, or clear its storage in Android settings under Apps > Pink Count > Storage, to delete everything. We hold no copy, so there is nothing to request from us.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
Your rights
Because Pink Count does not collect data, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all on-device state, simply delete the app.

Changes
If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device (for example, cloud sync, leaderboards, analytics), this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date at the top will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
