Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Whisk iOS app (“Pink Whisk”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Pink Whisk is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Whisk is

Pink Whisk is a daily meal log. You pick a meal-type chip (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack), pick one photo from the Apple-rendered photo picker, and optionally add a one-line memo. Year-end the app surfaces a printable 12-month by 31-day grid colored by meal-type. The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Whisk on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Whisk, you may log up to three meal entries for free, ever. After the third entry, you may accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks, including a 14-day free intro on Monthly). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Not a nutrition tracker

Pink Whisk is a photo-first journal. It does NOT count calories, does NOT track macros (protein, carbs, fat), does NOT scan barcodes, and does NOT integrate with HealthKit. Nothing in the app should be relied on for dietary, medical, or fitness decisions. If you need a nutrition tracker, use a dedicated nutrition app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Whisk.

Disclaimers

Pink Whisk is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
