Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Wax iOS app (“Pink Wax”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Wax is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Wax is

Pink Wax is an on-device phantom album cover generator for iPhone. Once per day, you pick a single song from your Apple Music library. The app hands the song title and artist name to Apple's on-device Foundation Models, which invent a phantom album name and a short phantom album description, and then asks Apple's Image Playground to paint a cover image for that imagined album. The cover and its text are stored on your device.

Cover generation requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (A17 Pro or newer: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer) and read-only access to your Apple Music library through MusicKit. On unsupported devices, the app still installs but the cover generation step is unavailable.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The language model and the image model both run entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Wax is NOT

Pink Wax is not a music streaming service. It does not play, download, or distribute audio. It does not replace, modify, or interact with the Apple Music or Music app beyond reading the title and artist of one song you explicitly select.

Pink Wax is not a real album publishing tool. The phantom album names and descriptions it invents are not real releases, not catalogued in any music service, and not associated with any real label or distributor. They exist only as personal artifacts inside your installation of the app.

Pink Wax is not a record store. Nothing in the app can be purchased as a physical or digital album, single, or merchandise.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Wax on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free tier and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Wax, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three lifetime phantom covers, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited covers, the full year wall PDF export, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Wax available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Phantom album content and trademarks

Phantom album names, descriptions, and cover images generated inside Pink Wax are personal artifacts intended for your own use. They are produced by Apple's on-device models from the title and artist of a song you select, and any resemblance to a real album, label, brand, logo, or artwork is incidental to that generative process.

You agree not to use any phantom album name, description, or cover for any commercial purpose that would infringe on the trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, or other rights of any real artist, label, distributor, publisher, or third party. You agree not to present phantom output as a real release, as official artwork, or as anything authorised by the artist whose song you selected.

Apple Music, MusicKit, Apple Intelligence, Image Playground, and the names of all artists and songs in your library are the property of their respective owners. Pink Wax does not claim any ownership of those names or marks.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Wax, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Not music advice

Pink Wax is a creative artifact generator for personal enjoyment. The phantom album text and cover are generated by on-device models and are not editorial criticism, taste guidance, or recommendations of any kind. Nothing the app produces should be relied on as factual information about any real artist, song, or release.

Disclaimers

Pink Wax is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Wax or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Wax after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
