Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Visage iOS app (“Pink Visage”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Visage is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Visage is

Pink Visage is a daily self-portrait app for iPhone. You type one mood word, and Apple Image Playground — the system-level image generator built into iOS 26 on Apple Intelligence-capable devices — produces a stylized portrait on-device. The mood word and the generated PNG are saved locally via SwiftData. Nothing about your portraits leaves your phone.

Pink Visage is a creative self-portrait tool. It is NOT a photo editor, NOT a beauty filter, and NOT a face-swap app. The portraits generated by Apple Image Playground are stylized illustrations, not photographic representations, and they are not derived from photos in your camera roll.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Image generation runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Device requirement

Pink Visage requires iOS 26 or later AND an Apple Intelligence-capable device (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer; M1+ iPad). Apple Image Playground is only available on these devices.

On older or unsupported devices, the app shows a clear notice on launch and does not generate portraits. By purchasing a subscription or the Lifetime tier, you acknowledge this device requirement and confirm that you understand portrait generation will not function on devices that do not meet it.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Visage on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Visage, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three portraits lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Visage available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Pink Visage is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Visage, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. Generated portraits are intended for personal reflection and private sharing; you are responsible for any further use of them.

Not a likeness tool, not medical advice

The portraits Pink Visage produces are stylized illustrations generated by an on-device system; they are not photographic likenesses of you or any other person and should not be treated as one. The app is a creative reflection tool and is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. If you have concerns about mood, self-image, or mental health, consult a qualified professional.

Disclaimers

Pink Visage is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Visage or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Visage after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
