Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Visage is a daily self-portrait app. You type one mood word, and Apple Image Playground (the system-level generator built into iOS on Apple Intelligence-capable devices) produces a stylized portrait. The mood word and the resulting PNG are saved on your iPhone via SwiftData. When Apple Intelligence makes an image, Apple may process your prompt on its Private Cloud Compute servers; Apple says these requests are not stored. Pink Visage itself has no accounts, no analytics, and no servers. The only network calls the app makes are to Apple's StoreKit when you choose to subscribe or unlock the Lifetime tier.

Who we are

Pink Visage is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Data we do NOT collect

• No account, no email, no password — the app has no signup.
• No analytics, no telemetry, no event tracking.
• No advertising identifiers (no IDFA, no fingerprinting).
• No usage data sent off the device.
• No microphone access.
• No camera access and no Photos library access. Pink Visage does not read your camera roll.
• No contacts, no location, no calendar.
• No HealthKit, no Health data.

Permissions used

Pink Visage requests no iOS permission prompts. Image Playground is invoked as a system sheet that Apple presents and handles directly; it does not require the app to ask for camera, photo, or microphone access. Apple Intelligence itself is enabled at the operating system level (Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri), separate from this app.

What stays on your device

• PortraitEntries: the single mood word you typed, the generated portrait PNG (stored as SwiftData external storage), and the creation timestamp. Saved locally via SwiftData.
• The date the app was first launched (used to time the three-day no-strings free window). Stored in UserDefaults.
• If you allow reminders, the time of day you usually open the app, so a few tips and reminders arrive at a good moment in your first week. They are scheduled on your device and nothing is sent to us.

All of the above lives on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

About Apple Image Playground and Apple Intelligence

The portrait generation step uses Apple Image Playground, the system-level image generator on Apple Intelligence-capable devices. The mood word you typed is passed to the Image Playground sheet, and Apple may make the portrait on its Private Cloud Compute servers, as described above.

Pink Visage does not call any third-party AI provider or run its own cloud image-generation service. All generation is performed by Apple.

Apple Image Playground requires an Apple Intelligence-capable device (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer; M1+ iPad; iPad mini with A17 Pro) running iOS 26 or later. On older devices, Pink Visage displays a clear notice and does not attempt to generate portraits.

Free vs Pro

Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that, the free tier lets you keep up to 3 portraits. Pro unlocks unlimited portraits. Pro tiers and pricing are described in the Terms of Use.

In-app purchases

If you choose to subscribe (Monthly, Annual) or buy the Lifetime unlock, that transaction is handled by Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes the payment and shares only the receipt with the app so we can verify your entitlement. We never see your card number, billing address, or any personal information beyond Apple's opaque transaction identifier.

Subscription receipts are stored on-device by iOS and used to validate your entitlement when you re-open the app. They are not sent to any server we operate.

Family Sharing

Pink Visage Pro purchases (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) are Family-Shareable through Apple's standard Family Sharing mechanism. Apple handles eligibility checks; we do not see who is in your family group.

Children

Pink Visage is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Visage does not collect data, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To revoke all access and remove all on-device state, simply delete the app.

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device (for example, cloud sync), this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date at the top will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
