Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using the Pink Veil iOS app (“Pink Veil”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Pink Veil is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
What Pink Veil is
Pink Veil is a personal head-orientation archive for iPhone. You put on supported AirPods (AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, or AirPods 3rd generation), tap Start, and Pink Veil streams the yaw, pitch, and roll readings reported by Apple's CMHeadphoneMotionManager API for the duration of the session. The recorded curve is rendered as a 3D orientation artifact and saved as a dated entry in a small personal collection.
Pink Veil is not a fitness tracker, a posture-correction tool, a sleep tracker, or any kind of medical device. It does not interpret head movement, does not score posture, and does not provide guidance. The curve is a raw artifact of the orientation values, kept locally for your own personal reflection.
The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The orientation stream is read entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Hardware requirement
Pink Veil requires supported AirPods (AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, or AirPods 3rd generation) connected to your iPhone in order to record a session. Without supported AirPods, CMHeadphoneMotionManager does not deliver orientation samples and no recording can be made.
Motion permission and what we do with it
Pink Veil reads the AirPods orientation stream only while a recording is active and the app is in the foreground. The app does not read the iPhone's own accelerometer or gyroscope, does not open the microphone on the AirPods, and does not access any other sensor. The orientation samples are written to on-device storage as part of the recorded entry; nothing is sent off the device.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Veil on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Free window and subscriptions
Pink Veil is free for the first three veil entries lifetime — no payment, no account, no time limit on those three recordings.
To record more, you may subscribe Monthly ($2.99/month with a 14-day intro offer) or Annual ($12.99/year), or purchase the Lifetime tier ($28.99 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited veil entries.
All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. The Monthly subscription renews at $2.99/month after the 14-day intro period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Veil available on the App Store under your Apple ID.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Veil, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. Pink Veil is intended as a personal-artifact tool and provides no sharing or publishing surface.
Not therapy, not medical advice
Pink Veil is a personal-artifact tool. The recorded orientation curve is a raw record of the AirPods motion stream and is not a clinical assessment, not a posture diagnosis, and not a basis for any medical or physical-therapy judgment. The app does not interpret the meaning of head movements and does not claim to address any condition. Do not use Pink Veil while driving or operating machinery.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Veil after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
