Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Trip iOS app (“Pink Trip”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Trip is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Trip is

Pink Trip is a daily moment journal for iPhone and iPad. You anchor a moment with a single line, pick its kind, and can add a place: your current location or a place you search for. Every moment with a place becomes a pin on the map of your year.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple Maps, when you search for a place or use your current location, and to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Trip on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Trip, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with one moment a day, and all your saved moments stay. You may purchase Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year) or Lifetime ($29 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited moments.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Trip available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Trip, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

No medical claims

Pink Trip is a moment journal intended for casual personal use. We do not claim it diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any medical condition. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Disclaimers

Pink Trip is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Trip or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Trip after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
