Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Tint iOS app (“Pink Tint”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Tint is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Tint is

Pink Tint is a personal whole-image styling app for iPhone. You pick one photo at a time from your own Photos library, choose a concept (watercolor, neon, and other style descriptors), and Pink Tint passes the photo to Apple's on-device Image Playground through its sourceImage: parameter. Image Playground returns a whole-image style transfer, which Pink Tint saves next to the source as a dated tint entry. Pro unlocks unlimited tints, the year wall view of every result, and 1024px export.

Pink Tint is not a generic AI image generator (you cannot generate images from a text prompt alone), not a photo editor with manual brush tools, not a social photo-sharing service, and not a cloud backup. Tints are personal artifacts kept locally on your device.

Image Playground stylization requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer with the A17 Pro chip or later). On unsupported devices, the source photo can still be saved as an entry, but the stylization step is unavailable.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The image model runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Photos permission and what we do with it

Pink Tint reads only the single photo you explicitly pick through Apple's system PhotosPicker each time you tint. The app does not scan your broader Photos library and does not run any computer-vision pipeline of its own on your photos. Stylization is performed by Apple's Image Playground on-device.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Tint on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Tint, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three tint entries lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited tints, the year wall view, and 1024px export.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Tint available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Tint, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the photos you pick and for ensuring you have the right to use and stylize them. The app provides no sharing or publishing surface beyond saving a stylized image back into your own Photos library.

Content responsibility

Stylized images are produced by Apple's Image Playground from the photo you provide. Pink Tint does not control the specific stylization output; Apple's on-device model does. You are responsible for what you do with the resulting images, including any sharing or publication outside the app.

Disclaimers

Pink Tint is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Tint or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Tint after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
