Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using the Pink Thump iOS app (“Pink Thump”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Pink Thump is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
What Pink Thump is
Pink Thump is a personal rhythm-archive app for iPhone. You tap a rhythm on the screen with your finger. Pink Thump records your tap events through Apple's Core Haptics engine, saves them as a CHHapticPattern, and lets you replay the rhythm through the iPhone Taptic Engine whenever you want. A year feed collects the rhythms you keep when you unlock Pro.
Pink Thump is not a music-production tool, a metronome, a heart-rate monitor, or a substitute for any health or audio app. It does not analyze sound, does not measure your body, and does not generate music. Thumps are personal artifacts kept locally on your device.
Pink Thump requires iOS 26 or later on an iPhone with a Taptic Engine (Core Haptics-capable hardware). On older versions of iOS or unsupported devices the app is unavailable.
The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Core Haptics runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
No permissions, no sensors beyond touch
Pink Thump does not use the microphone, the camera, the Photos library, your location, your contacts, your calendar, or any sensors beyond the touch surface itself. Recording a thump means capturing the timestamps of the taps you make on the screen — nothing more. No iOS privacy permissions are requested.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Thump on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Free window and subscriptions
When you first install Pink Thump, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.
After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three thump entries lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited thump entries and the year feed.
All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Thump available on the App Store under your Apple ID.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Thump, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the rhythms you record; the app provides no publishing surface, and thumps are kept locally for your own personal reflection.
Not therapy, not medical advice
Pink Thump is a personal-artifact and rhythm-replay tool. The tap rhythms you record and feel through the Taptic Engine are not therapy, biofeedback, heart-rate monitoring, diagnosis, or medical advice. The app does not measure or interpret your body and does not claim to address any health condition.
Disclaimers
Pink Thump is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Thump or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Thump after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
