Terms of Service

Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Tap iOS app (“Pink Tap”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Tap is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Tap is

Pink Tap is a Control Center quick-thought journal for iPhone. On iOS 18 and later, you add the Pink Tap control to Control Center, pull down Control Center, and tap once to open a tiny sheet for one short thought. On iOS 17, you use an in-app button instead. The text you type stays on your phone, ever.

Pink Tap is not a productivity planner and not a habit tracker. There are no goals, no streaks, no metrics, no scoring. Thoughts are personal artifacts you keep for your own reference.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Tap on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Tap, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three thought entries lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Tap available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Pink Tap is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Tap, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Not a planner, not a tracker, not advice

Pink Tap is a lightweight capture tool for personal thoughts. It is not a productivity planner, not a habit tracker, not a task manager, and not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. The app does not interpret, score, or rank what you write. If you have concerns about mental health, consult a qualified professional.

Disclaimers

Pink Tap is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Tap or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Tap after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
