Terms of Use

Short version

Pink Supper is an iOS app published by Danielius Studio LLC. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Supper on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Your content

The dish photos and notes you add belong to you. Because they never leave your device, you remain solely responsible for backing them up; deleting the app removes them permanently.

Free dishes and Pro

Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that you can keep up to 10 dishes for free and browse your cookbook; repeat cooks of your saved dishes always level up. Pro is a one-time Lifetime purchase ($29), bought from the Pro screen in the app, and adds unlimited dishes, cookbook export as an image or text, and per-dish notes. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. There are no ads.

No warranty

Pink Supper is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Supper at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
