Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Strip iOS app (“Pink Strip”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Strip is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Strip is

Pink Strip is a personal creative journal for iPhone. Each day, you type three short lines about what happened, and Apple's on-device Image Playground generates a single hand-drawn-style comic panel from those lines. Over time the panels stack into a year-long strip of your life.

Pink Strip is not a published comic book platform, a webcomic engine, a meme generator, or a creator marketplace. The panels are personal artifacts of your own day and are not intended for public distribution. The app provides no sharing-to-social, follower system, or feed.

Device requirement

Pink Strip requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). Older or ineligible devices can install the app, but panel generation is disabled because Apple Image Playground is unavailable. The app shows a clear notice in this case.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Image generation runs entirely on-device via Apple Image Playground. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Strip on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Strip, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three generated panels lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Strip available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Pink Strip is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. The comic panels it generates are personal artifacts of your own day, not stock illustrations or shareable creative assets for commercial work. You agree not to use the app to operate a comic publication, a paid newsletter of generated panels, a merchandise pipeline, or any redistribution channel where the panels are the product.

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Strip, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Generated panels

Panels are generated by Apple's on-device Image Playground. They are images of your written input, not statements of fact, art history, or any third party's likeness. The app does not claim ownership of the panels it produces for you; ownership of the panel images, to the extent ownership applies to system-generated outputs at all, follows Apple's Image Playground terms. We disclaim any guarantee about the style, fidelity, mood, or content of the resulting image.

Not therapy, not medical advice

Pink Strip is a creative journaling tool. The panels it generates are decorative summaries of three lines you wrote; they are not therapy, diagnosis, mental-health advice, or any form of professional counsel. If you have concerns about your mood, memory, or daily wellbeing, consult a qualified professional.

Disclaimers

Pink Strip is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any loss of generated panels caused by device failure, deletion of the app, or changes to Apple Image Playground.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Strip or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Strip after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
