Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Stack iOS app (“Pink Stack”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Pink Stack is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Stack is

Pink Stack helps you declare exactly three things you intend to do tomorrow. Each stack is written into Apple Reminders so the system can fire them at the time you picked. You can mark them done in Apple Reminders or in Pink Stack — either side stays in sync.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Reminders sync via Apple's iCloud infrastructure (the same way any other reminder does). See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Stack on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Stack, every feature is unlocked for three days. After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three saved stacks lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

Payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

What we write to Apple Reminders

Pink Stack creates a calendar named “Pink Stack” in your Reminders database. Each saved stack adds three reminders to that calendar. We never read your other reminders, never read other calendars, and never enumerate reminders we didn't write. The done-state sync we perform only touches reminders whose calendarItemIdentifier we already saved when we created them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Stack.

Disclaimers

Pink Stack is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Reminders firing depends on iOS, your notification settings, and your iCloud sync state — none of which Pink Stack controls. Do not rely on Pink Stack for safety-critical reminders (medication timing, etc.).

Apple as third-party beneficiary
