Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Stack does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us. Reminders you declare are written into Apple Reminders (Apple's system app), where they sync via iCloud the same way any other reminder does. Pink Stack only touches reminders it created itself, never your other reminders. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs that contact a server.

Who we are

Pink Stack is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Apple Reminders integration

Pink Stack writes to a list named Pink Stack in your Reminders database. Three reminders are created per stack. We save each reminder's identifier so we can mark it done when you tick it off in Pink Stack. We look at the names of your reminder lists only to find the Pink Stack list. We do NOT read your other reminders and do NOT access Calendar events.

When you mark a reminder done in Pink Stack, we toggle the completion flag on that specific reminder in Apple Reminders. Marking a reminder done in Apple Reminders does not change Pink Stack. iCloud sync is handled entirely by Apple.

Data we do NOT collect

• No account, no email, no password.
• No analytics, no telemetry, no event tracking.
• No advertising identifiers (no IDFA, no fingerprinting).
• No usage data sent off the device.
• No microphone, camera, photos, location, contacts.
• No reading of reminders or calendars we didn't create.

What stays on your device

• Per stack: the day it's for, the three item titles, done-state, completion timestamps and the reminder identifiers. Stored in the app's own database on your device.
• A copy of tomorrow's stack (titles, due time and done-state) shared with the app's own widget on the same iPhone.
• Whether you have Pro. Stored in UserDefaults.
• The date the app was first launched (used to time the three-day no-strings free window). Stored in UserDefaults.
• If you allow reminders, the time of day you usually open the app, so a few tips and reminders arrive at a good moment in your first week. They are scheduled on your device and nothing is sent to us.

In-app purchases

If you subscribe (Monthly, Annual) or buy the Lifetime unlock, that transaction is handled by Apple's StoreKit. Apple shares only the receipt with the app so we can verify your entitlement. We never see your card number or billing address.

Family Sharing

Pink Stack Pro purchases are Family-Shareable through Apple's standard Family Sharing mechanism.

Children

Pink Stack is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Stack does not collect data, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete. To remove all on-device state, delete the app (which leaves the reminders it created in your Apple Reminders unless you also delete the “Pink Stack” list).

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device to a server we operate, this page will be updated.
