Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Spot iOS app (“Pink Spot”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Spot is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Spot is

Pink Spot is a daily three-word photo quest for iPhone. Each day three words appear on a card. You photograph one of the words in the world. Apple's on-device vision confirms the match. The photo, prompt, and match result stay in your app sandbox.

Pink Spot requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or newer (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older or unsupported devices, the app cannot verify matches because the on-device vision APIs are not available.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The vision check runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Spot is NOT

Pink Spot is not a photo editor. You cannot retouch, filter, or layer your shots. The captured frame is stored as-is alongside the prompt and match result.

Pink Spot is not a social platform. Your finds stay on your device. The app has no feed, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Spot on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Generated content

The match result comes from Apple's on-device vision models. Because these models are probabilistic, the same photo may produce different results on different attempts. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any match decision.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Spot, every feature is unlocked for three quest days with no payment and no account.

After the free window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three captured finds lifetime, OR purchase Pro Monthly at $3, Pro Annual at $13, or Lifetime at $29 at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Spot Pro unlocks unlimited daily quests, the year wall of all your finds, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Spot available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Spot, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Spot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Spot or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Spot after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
