Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Soak iOS app (“Pink Soak”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Soak is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Soak is

Pink Soak is an on-device breathwork and cold-exposure session timer for iPhone. You configure a session (1–8 rounds of timed breath holds with an optional plunge timer), and the app guides you through the phases with a full-screen ring, chime cues, and haptic feedback. Sessions are logged locally so you can see your streak and history over time.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Soak on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Soak, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with one session per day, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Soak available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Safety, not medical advice

Pink Soak is a timer for personal practice. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Breath holds and cold exposure carry real physiological risk.

Never practice breathwork in or near water (including baths, pools, or open water). Shallow-water blackout from voluntary hyperventilation followed by breath-hold has caused fatal drowning incidents. Always practice seated or lying on a stable surface.

Consult your doctor before starting any cold-exposure or breath-hold practice, especially if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, a history of fainting, or take medication that affects heart rate or blood pressure.

Stop the session immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, chest pain, or any other concerning symptom. You use Pink Soak at your own risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Soak, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Soak is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Soak or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Soak after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
