Short version

Pink Rodent is a free iOS app published by Danielius Studio LLC. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Rodent on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Free, no purchases

Pink Rodent has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads. It is free and will remain free in v1.x. The studio reserves the right to introduce optional in-app purchases in future major versions; if it does, the “Last updated” date on this page will reflect that change and you will not be charged for any existing feature.

No warranty

Pink Rodent is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Rodent at any time by deleting the app. The studio may discontinue distribution of the app at any time. All on-device state lives in UserDefaults and SwiftData and is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
