Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Roam iOS app (“Pink Roam”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Roam is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Roam is

Pink Roam is a per-vehicle mileage and cost journal for iPhone. For each vehicle you add, you can type in trip entries (miles, optional cost, optional note) and the app totals them up so you can see cost-per-mile over time. Every entry is manual.

Pink Roam does not use GPS, Core Location, CarPlay, or any real-time tracking. It does not connect to your car. It does not detect when you drive. It is a typed journal, not a telemetry tool.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Roam on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Roam, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with one vehicle and the last seven days of trip history visible, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Roam available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Pink Roam is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Roam, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Not a logbook for tax or legal use

Pink Roam is a personal journal for noticing how miles and cost add up over time. It is not a tax-compliant mileage logbook, a fleet-management tool, a GPS-verified trip log, or an audit-ready record. The cost-per-mile figure the app shows is informational and depends entirely on the numbers you type in — the app cannot verify that those numbers are accurate.

If you intend to use mileage or cost data for tax, insurance, reimbursement, legal, or any other regulated purpose, you are responsible for verifying the data against your own records (odometer photos, receipts, bank statements) before submitting it. Pink Roam does not certify, attest to, or warrant the accuracy of any entry or export.

Disclaimers

Pink Roam is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any reliance on data entered into or exported from the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Roam or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Roam after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
