Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Reel iOS app (“Pink Reel”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Reel is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Reel is

Pink Reel is an on-device micro-film editor for iPhone and iPad. You write and edit a narration script (Apple's on-device Foundation Models can draft one for you to rework), build a storyboard of up to three scenes (painted via Apple's Image Playground or chosen from clean backdrops), cast a narrator voice through Apple's AVSpeechSynthesizer, and AVAssetWriter composes the trimmed cut into an MP4 on disk. The finished file and its thumbnail stay on your device. Nothing about your micro-film leaves your phone, ever.

Pink Reel is not a publishing platform. There is no feed, no social graph, no in-app sharing surface beyond the standard iOS share sheet you invoke yourself. Micro-films are personal artifacts you keep on your device.

Device requirement

Pink Reel's AI assists (script drafting and painted-scene generation) require iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable device (iPhone with A17 Pro or newer, iPad with M1 or newer). On other devices, the app displays a clear notice that those assists are unavailable; you can still write your own script and build scenes from clean backdrops.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The script model, the image model, the voice synthesizer, and the MP4 composer all run entirely on device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Reel on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free tier and subscriptions

Free use includes up to three micro-films lifetime, with no payment and no account. Pro unlocks unlimited micro-films plus export extras.

Pro is available as Monthly ($4/month, with a 14-day free introductory offer on first sign-up), Annual ($25/year), or a one-time Lifetime unlock ($59), all purchasable from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings app under Apple ID, then Subscriptions.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Reel available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Pink Reel is for personal, non-commercial use. You may save and share the micro-films you generate for yourself, but you may not resell them, republish them at scale, or use them as commercial content for clients without separately licensing the underlying Apple-generated outputs from Apple where their terms require it.

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Reel, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Generated content

When you use the AI assists, script drafts are produced by Apple's on-device Foundation Models and painted scenes are produced by Apple's Image Playground. Both reflect the idea text you supplied together with the behavior of Apple's on-device models. You review and can edit every draft and re-roll every scene before it becomes part of a film; Pink Reel does not otherwise curate or filter the model output.

You are responsible for the scripts you write or approve and the ideas you prompt with. We make no warranty about the accuracy, taste, or suitability of any generated script or image for any purpose, and we are not the author of the underlying model outputs.

Not therapy, not medical advice

Pink Reel is a creative writing and personal-cinema tool. The generated scripts and images are not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice. The app does not interpret meaning, predict outcomes, or claim to address mental-health conditions. If you have concerns about mood, sleep, or mental health, consult a qualified professional.

Disclaimers

Pink Reel is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Reel or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Reel after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
