Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Reading iOS app (“Pink Reading”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Reading is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Reading is

Pink Reading is a fully on-device reading log for iPhone and iPad. You log reading sessions against each book, and the books you finish join your year shelf.

Your books and sessions are stored locally on your device, and the app has no servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Reading on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Price

Pink Reading is free. Every feature is open from the first launch, with no payment and no account. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Reading, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

No medical claims

Pink Reading is a reading log intended for casual personal use. We do not claim it diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any medical condition, including but not limited to insomnia, anxiety, or tinnitus. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Disclaimers

Pink Reading is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Reading or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Reading after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
