Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Quorum iOS app (“Pink Quorum”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Quorum is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Quorum is

Pink Quorum is a fully on-device conversation recorder for iPhone and iPad. It records or imports audio, produces a live transcript, and after you stop it labels every line with the speaker who said it. You can rename speakers, reassign lines, play the recording back with drag-to-seek, and export the transcript as txt, md, srt, or json.

Everything is stored and processed on your device. The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases and a one-time download of the on-device speech and speaker-recognition models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Quorum on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Quorum, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with your 3 most recent conversations, or upgrade to Pro at any time from the Settings screen. Pro is sold as Monthly ($4 per month, auto-renewing, with a 14-day free introductory period), Annual ($25 per year, auto-renewing), or Lifetime ($59 one-time, no subscription). Prices shown are United States prices; your local price is shown in the app before you buy. Apart from the Monthly introductory period, nothing is billed until you choose a plan and confirm the purchase.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Quorum available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Quorum, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

No medical claims

Pink Quorum is a personal productivity app intended for casual personal use. It is not a medical device. We do not claim that it diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any medical condition, including but not limited to insomnia, anxiety, or attention disorders. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Disclaimers

Pink Quorum is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Quorum or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Quorum after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
