Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Quiver iOS app (“Pink Quiver”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Quiver is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Quiver is

Pink Quiver is a personal optical-flow archive for iPhone. You pick two photos from your Photos library — a “before” and an “after” — and Apple's on-device Vision framework computes the dense motion-vector field between them. Pink Quiver renders that field as a colored overlay on top of the two source frames and saves the result as a dated entry along with the source PNGs themselves.

Pink Quiver is not a video editor, a slow-motion generator, an animator, or a generic photo editor. It does not interpret what is moving in the frame, does not classify objects, and does not detect faces. The flow field is a raw pixel-displacement artifact, kept locally for your own personal reflection.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The flow computation runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Photos permission and what we do with it

Pink Quiver reads only the two photos you explicitly pick through Apple's system picker for each quiver entry. The app does not scan your broader Photos library, does not open the camera, and does not analyze the contents of the images beyond computing the pixel-level optical flow between them. Both source PNGs and the rendered flow-field PNG are saved on your device as part of the entry; nothing is sent off the device.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Quiver on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

Pink Quiver is free for the first three quiver entries lifetime — no payment, no account, no time limit on those three flow fields.

To compute more, you may subscribe Monthly ($4/month with a 14-day intro offer) or Annual ($25/year), or purchase the Lifetime tier ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited quiver entries.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. The Monthly subscription renews at $4/month after the 14-day intro period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Quiver available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Quiver, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the photos you pick and for ensuring you have the right to use them; the app provides no sharing or publishing surface, and quiver entries are kept locally for your own personal collection.

Not therapy, not medical advice

Pink Quiver is a personal-artifact tool. The flow field is a raw record of pixel motion between two frames you chose, not a clinical assessment, not a movement diagnosis, and not a basis for any medical or physical-therapy judgment. The app does not interpret the meaning of the motion and does not claim to address any condition.

Disclaimers

Pink Quiver is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Quiver or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Quiver after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
