Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Quest iOS app (“Pink Quest”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Quest is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Quest is

Pink Quest is a daily geography guessing game for iPhone and iPad. Each day the app picks a street somewhere in the world and shows it using Apple Maps Look Around. You guess the country from the picker. The app saves the coordinate, your guess, and the real country to your passport.

Pink Quest requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later and a region where Apple Maps Look Around imagery is available. On unsupported regions or older systems, the app cannot load a quest.

The app makes network calls to Apple Maps for Look Around tiles and to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. No other network calls are made. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Quest is NOT

Pink Quest is not a navigation app. It does not give directions, plot routes, or track your location. The street view shown is a curated coordinate, not where you are.

Pink Quest is not a social platform. Your passport stays on your device. The app has no feed, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Quest on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Map imagery

The 360-degree street view comes from Apple Maps Look Around. Imagery is owned by Apple and its licensors. Pink Quest displays it under the public MKLookAroundViewController API. You may not extract, redistribute, or build derivative datasets from the imagery shown in the app.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Quest, every feature is unlocked for three quest days with no payment and no account.

After the free window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three saved guesses lifetime, OR purchase Pro Monthly at $3, Pro Annual at $13, or Lifetime at $29 at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Quest Pro unlocks unlimited daily quests, the year passport of all your guesses, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Quest available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Quest, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Quest is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Quest or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Quest after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
