Short version

Pink Puck is an iOS app published by Danielius Studio LLC, free to download with optional in-app purchases. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Puck on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Purchases

Pink Puck is free to download and has no ads. Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that, without Pro, you can start 5 games a day, and the count starts again at midnight. Pink Puck Pro removes that limit. It is sold as Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year) or Lifetime ($29 one-time) (USD; local pricing may vary). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in Settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and Lifetime is a one-time purchase that does not renew. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy.

No warranty

Pink Puck is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Puck at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
