Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Puck does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs fully on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising. Pink Puck is free to download, with optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple; we never see or store payment details.

Who we are

Pink Puck is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Data we do NOT collect

What stays on your device

Pink Puck stores wins and matches vs CPU, how many games you started today, the date you installed the app and whether Pro is active on your device only, in UserDefaults. Nothing leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it all.

In-app purchases

Pink Puck is free to download and has no ads. Pink Puck Pro is an optional purchase: Monthly ($3/month), Annual ($13/year) or Lifetime ($29 one-time). The transaction is handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit: we never receive your name, card details, or Apple Account address. The app records only whether Pro is active, on your device.

Children

Pink Puck is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Puck does not collect data, there is nothing to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all on-device state, simply delete the app.

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device, this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
