Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using the Pink Print iOS app (“Pink Print”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Pink Print is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
What Pink Print is
Pink Print is a personal visual-similarity journal for iPhone. You pick a photo from your own Photos library and Pink Print uses Apple's Vision framework on-device to extract an image similarity embedding (a roughly 4,096-dimensional numeric vector) from the picked frame. The app then computes a distance between today's embedding and the previous entry's embedding so you can see how visually close today's pick is to yesterday's. The feature print, a 512-pixel thumbnail, the distance score, and a note you can type become a dated print entry.
The word “print” refers to an image embedding for similarity comparison only. It is not a face print, fingerprint scan, or biometric identifier. See the Privacy Policy for the technical detail.
Pink Print is not a photo editor, a social photo-sharing service, a cloud backup, a face-recognition tool, or a substitute for your Photos library. It does not modify, delete, or write back to the original photos that live in your library. Print entries are personal artifacts kept locally on your device.
The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Feature-print extraction runs entirely on-device.
Photos permission and what we do with it
Pink Print reads only the photos you explicitly pick through Apple's system picker. The app does not scan your broader Photos library and does not run any Vision request on photos you have not explicitly picked. The feature-print request does not perform face recognition, person identification, or any biometric analysis.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Print on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Free entries and subscriptions
Pink Print is free to install and free to use for your first three print entries lifetime. After the third print, continuing to add new entries requires Pro.
Pro is available as a Monthly subscription at $4/month with a 14-day introductory offer on the Monthly plan, an Annual subscription at $25/year, or a Lifetime unlock at $59 one-time. Pro unlocks unlimited print entries.
All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Print available on the App Store under your Apple ID.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Print, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the photos you pick and for ensuring you have the right to use them; the app provides no editing, sharing, or publishing surface, and print entries are kept locally for your own personal reference.
Pink Print's similarity feature is intended for personal reflection on your own image picks. The app is not designed for, and you agree not to use it for, identifying individuals, tracking people, surveillance, or any other application inconsistent with the personal-journal purpose described above.
Not an identification tool, not authoritative
The distance score between two feature prints is a general-purpose visual similarity signal produced by Apple's Vision framework. It is not an authoritative identification of objects, scenes, or content. It is not calibrated for medical, forensic, or legal use and should not be relied on for any decision where accuracy matters.
Disclaimers
Pink Print is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Print or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Print after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
