Pink Print
Daily visual DNA distance. On-device. Private.
Open Pink Print once a day. Pick today's photo. Apple Vision extracts a 4096-dimensional visual feature vector, and Pink Print computes the distance from yesterday's photo. Save the thumbnail, the vector, and the distance number. Year end, you scroll a year of distance numbers as one visual mood graph.
How it works
- Open Pink Print. Today waits for one photo.
- Pick today's photo from your library.
- Apple Vision extracts a 4096-dimensional visual feature vector on-device.
- Pink Print computes the distance from yesterday's photo.
- Save thumbnail, vector, and distance number. One print per day.
- Pin the Lock Screen widget to glance at today's distance number.
- Year end, open the year chart for a full year of visual distances.
What makes it different
Pink Print is the only Danielius Studio app built around Apple's Vision feature-print API. Other studio journals collect one color, one tap, one sentence, one annotated page, or one voice memo per day. Pink Print is the visual-distance template: a number that says how different today's photo is from yesterday's, scored by Apple's 4096-dimensional feature embedding. The distance is the artifact, not your typing.
This is not face recognition, not a biometric fingerprint, and not facial identity. It is an image embedding for similarity comparison only.
What stays on your device
- No accounts, no email, no signup.
- No analytics, no third-party SDKs.
- No photos, vectors, or distance numbers leave your device.
- All feature extraction runs through Apple Vision on-device.
- The only network call is to Apple's StoreKit when you choose to subscribe.
Requires iOS 26
Pink Print uses Apple's Vision feature-print API and requires iOS 26 or later on a supported iPhone or iPad. Older iOS versions show a clear message and do not save prints.
