Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Press iOS app (“Pink Press”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Press is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Press is

Pink Press is a daily personal-newspaper composer for iPhone. Each evening at nine, Apple's on-device language model composes a one-page newspaper PDF from your HealthKit, EventKit, and WeatherKit data. Each day's edition is a polished PDF you can keep or AirPrint.

Pink Press requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or newer (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older or unsupported devices, the app cannot compose a newspaper because the on-device language model APIs are not available.

The app makes one network call per day to Apple's WeatherKit and additional calls to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The newspaper composition runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Press is NOT

Pink Press is not a news app. It does not fetch headlines from the world or report on external events. Every word in the daily edition is composed on-device from your own Health, calendar, and weather signals.

Pink Press is not a social platform. Your editions stay on your device. The app has no feed, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Press on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Generated content

The newspaper text comes from Apple's on-device language model. Because the model is probabilistic, the same daily snapshot may produce a different edition if the entry is regenerated. We do not curate, edit, or moderate the model output beyond the system prompt. The editorial paragraph is interpretive, not factual reporting.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Press, every feature is unlocked for three daily editions with no payment and no account.

After the free window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three editions lifetime, OR purchase Pro Monthly at $4, Pro Annual at $25, or Lifetime at $59 at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Press Pro unlocks unlimited daily editions, the full edition library, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Press available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Press, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Press is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Health and weather data surfaced in the daily edition are interpretive and not a substitute for medical, fitness, or meteorological advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Press or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Press after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
