Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Pose iOS app (“Pink Pose”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Pose is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Pose is

Pink Pose is a personal daily-silhouette app for iPhone. Once a day, you record a 2.5-second selfie video. Apple's Vision framework extracts skeletal joint coordinates from one frame on-device, the app renders a silhouette in the accent color, and the silhouette becomes a dated entry. The original video and the analyzed frame are discarded as soon as the joints are extracted. Pose entries can be revisited in a year wall view and shown on a Lock Screen widget when you unlock Pro.

Pink Pose is not a fitness coach, a posture analyzer, a medical-grade movement tool, a video editor, or a cloud backup. It does not score your form, does not compare you to other users, and does not retain any of the camera footage it captures.

Pink Pose requires iOS 17 or later for body-pose detection. The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Pose detection runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Camera permission and what we do with it

Pink Pose uses the front camera for one purpose: a single 2.5-second video-only capture to feed the on-device pose detector. The capture session disables audio, the resulting clip is held in memory just long enough to run pose detection on one frame, and then both the clip and the analyzed frame are deleted before the entry is saved. Pink Pose does not enable a live camera preview outside the capture flow and does not take still photographs.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Pose on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Pose, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three pose entries lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited pose entries, the year-wall view of all silhouettes, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Pose available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Pose, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the body that appears in the capture and for the environment you record in; the app provides no editing, sharing, or publishing surface, and silhouettes are kept locally for your own personal reflection.

Not therapy, not medical advice

Pink Pose is a personal-silhouette and creative-record tool. Pose detection runs on a single still frame from a brief clip and is not medical-grade movement analysis, physical therapy, posture correction, or any form of diagnosis. The app does not score, rate, or interpret what your body is doing and does not claim to address physical or mental-health conditions.

Disclaimers

Pink Pose is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Pose or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Pose after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
