Short version

Pink Podium is an iOS app published by Danielius Studio LLC. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is a rehearsal aid, not professional speech or career advice. It is provided as-is, with no warranty.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Podium on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

A rehearsal aid

Pink Podium gives you feedback on filler words and pace to help you practice. It is not professional coaching, and its measurements are approximate. How you use the feedback is up to you.

No warranty

Pink Podium is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Podium at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
