Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Podium does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs fully on your device. Your voice is processed on your phone and never leaves it. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising.

Who we are

Pink Podium is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Microphone and speech

Pink Podium asks for microphone access so it can listen while you rehearse. Speech is recognized on-device using Apple's on-device speech engine; the audio and the recognized words are processed on your phone and are never uploaded to any server we operate. The app does not keep a recording of your voice after a session unless you explicitly choose to save it, in which case it stays on your device.

Data we do NOT collect

What stays on your device

Your practice sessions, the filler-word and pace stats, and anything you choose to save are stored on your device only. Nothing leaves the device and nothing is sent to any server we operate. Uninstalling the app deletes it all.

In-app purchases

If you unlock a paid tier, that transaction is handled by Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes the payment and shares only the receipt with the app so we can verify your entitlement. We never see your card number, billing address, or any personal information beyond Apple's opaque transaction identifier.

Children

Pink Podium is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Podium does not collect data, there is nothing to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all on-device state, simply delete the app.

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device, this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
