Terms of Use

Short version

Pink Plink is an iOS app published by Danielius Studio LLC. The core game is free to use; optional in-app purchases unlock Pro features. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Don't use it to do anything illegal.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Plink on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Subscriptions and purchases

Pink Plink offers optional in-app purchases: Pro Monthly ($3 / month, with a 14-day free trial on first sign-up), Pro Annual ($13 / year), and a one-time Lifetime unlock ($29). Subscriptions are auto-renewable: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and each subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your device Settings under your Apple ID. Prices are set per storefront and may vary by region. All purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store Standard EULA; Pink Plink contains no ads.

No warranty

Pink Plink is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Plink at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
