Privacy Policy
Short version
Pink Plink does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs fully on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising. Pink Plink offers optional in-app purchases (auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime unlock); these are processed entirely by Apple, and we never receive your payment details or any personal data.
Who we are
Pink Plink is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
Data we do NOT collect
- No account, no email, no password — the app has no signup.
- No analytics, no telemetry, no event tracking.
- No advertising identifiers.
- No usage data sent off the device.
- No microphone, no camera, no photos.
- No location, no contacts, no calendar.
What stays on your device
Pink Plink stores lifetime + daily pops counters on your device only, in UserDefaults. Nothing leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it all.
In-app purchases
Pink Plink offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Pro Monthly and Pro Annual) and a one-time Lifetime unlock. All purchases are handled by Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew until cancelled in your device Settings. Apple processes every transaction; we do not collect or store any payment information, card details, or purchase history. Pink Plink shows no ads and contains no third-party advertising SDKs.
Children
Pink Plink is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.
Your rights
Because Pink Plink does not collect data, there is nothing to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all on-device state, simply delete the app.

Changes
If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device, this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
