Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Paw iOS app (“Pink Paw”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Pink Paw is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Paw is

Pink Paw is a per-pet care log. You add pets (name + emoji), and each day tap care chips (feed, walk, play, meds, groom, vet) to log what you did. Year-end the app surfaces a per-pet care timeline. The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Paw on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Paw, every feature is unlocked for three days. After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with one pet and seven days of history, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Not veterinary advice

Pink Paw is a personal log. It is NOT veterinary advice. The app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you have concerns about your pet's health, consult a licensed veterinarian. Do not rely on Pink Paw for medication scheduling where dosing precision matters.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Paw.

Disclaimers

Pink Paw is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
