Privacy Policy
Short version
Pink Paw does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your pets and care events all stay on your device. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs that contact a server, and does NOT use HealthKit. The only network calls the app makes are to Apple's StoreKit when you choose to subscribe or unlock the Lifetime tier.
Who we are
Pink Paw is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
No HealthKit, no third-party APIs
Pink Paw does NOT request HealthKit access (your pets are not you). It does not link to vet portals, pet-tracker hardware APIs, microchip databases, or any other third-party data source.
Data we do NOT collect
- No account, no email, no password.
- No analytics, no telemetry, no event tracking.
- No advertising identifiers (no IDFA, no fingerprinting).
- No usage data sent off the device.
- No HealthKit data.
- No camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts, calendar.
What stays on your device
- Your pets: name + species + emoji + the date you added them. Stored in on-device SwiftData.
- Per care event: the pet it belongs to, the care type key (feed/walk/play/meds/etc. or your custom key), the timestamp.
- The date the app was first launched (used to time the three-day no-strings free window). Stored in
UserDefaults.
In-app purchases
If you subscribe (Monthly, Annual) or buy the Lifetime unlock, that transaction is handled by Apple's StoreKit. Apple shares only the receipt with the app so we can verify your entitlement. We never see your card number or billing address.
Family Sharing
Pink Paw Pro purchases are Family-Shareable through Apple's standard Family Sharing mechanism. Apple handles eligibility checks.
Children
Pink Paw is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.
Your rights
Because Pink Paw does not collect data, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete. To remove all on-device state, delete the app.

Changes
If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device, this page will be updated.
