Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Pact iOS app (“Pink Pact”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Pink Pact is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Pact is

Pink Pact is a calendar event reaction journal. It reads today's events from your Apple Calendar, lets you pick one event, and type a single-line reaction. Over the year, your reactions accumulate into a printable diary tied chronologically to your real calendar.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Calendar access is read-only and handled entirely by Apple's EventKit framework on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Pact on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Pact, every feature is unlocked for three days. After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three saved reactions lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen.

Payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Read-only calendar access

Pink Pact only READS your Calendar events. It does NOT create, edit, or delete any event. It does not request reminder access (a separate EKEntity). It does not read events from other calendars beyond what your default Calendar surfaces today.

Each time you open the app, it asks EventKit for events between the start of today and the end of today on your device. It does not enumerate past or future days, does not read event notes, attendees, or attachments, and does not touch your reminders database.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Pact.

Disclaimers

Pink Pact is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Which events show up depends on iOS, your Calendar permission state, and which calendars you have enabled in Apple Calendar — none of which Pink Pact controls. The diary you build is a personal journal, not a legal or medical record.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
