Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Pact does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us. The app reads today's events from your Apple Calendar, read-only, and the reaction you type stays in on-device SwiftData. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs that contact a server.

Who we are

Pink Pact is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Calendar permission (EventKit, read-only)

Pink Pact uses Apple's EventKit framework via EKEventStore.requestFullAccessToEvents() to read your calendar events. The permission is required because the app's entire purpose is to react to today's real calendar. We do NOT request reminder access (a separate EKEntity), and we do NOT write, edit, or delete any event.

Each open of the app reads events between the start of today and the end of today on your device. We do not enumerate other days, do not read calendars beyond what your default Calendar surfaces today, and do not access event metadata beyond the event title and start time. iCloud sync of your Calendar is handled entirely by Apple.

Data we do NOT collect

What stays on your device

In-app purchases

If you subscribe (Monthly, Annual) or buy the Lifetime unlock, that transaction is handled by Apple's StoreKit. Apple shares only the receipt with the app so we can verify your entitlement. We never see your card number or billing address.

Family Sharing

Pink Pact Pro purchases are Family-Shareable through Apple's standard Family Sharing mechanism.

Children

Pink Pact is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Pact does not collect data, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete. To remove all on-device state, delete the app (which leaves your Apple Calendar untouched — we never wrote to it).

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device to a server we operate, this page will be updated.
