Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Note iOS app (“Pink Note”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Note is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Note is

Pink Note is a personal morning briefing app for iPhone. You tap once each morning; the app reads today's calendar events through EventKit, fetches the current conditions for your location through Apple's WeatherKit, and Apple's on-device Foundation Models writes a roughly 150-word briefing script. The script is then voiced on-device by AVSpeechSynthesizer and saved as an audio file you can replay.

Pink Note is a personal journaling tool. It is not a productivity planner, it is not a calendar replacement, and it is not a podcast hosting platform. Briefings are personal artifacts produced for your own listening; they reflect Apple Intelligence's interpretation of your day and are not professional advice of any kind.

Device requirement

Pink Note requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). The on-device Foundation Models that write your briefing run only on these devices, and the app is not installable on older hardware.

Generated content

Every briefing is generated by Apple's on-device language model from the inputs the app provides it: your calendar titles for today and the current weather summary for your location. The voice is rendered by Apple's AVSpeechSynthesizer using the system voices on your iPhone. The wording, pacing, and any creative phrasing in the briefing are shaped by Apple's model, not by us. We do not pre-write briefings, edit them after generation, or curate them in any way. Briefings may occasionally omit, rephrase, or misinterpret calendar items or weather; treat them as a spoken-word summary, not a source of truth.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Note on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Note, every feature is unlocked for three days with no payment and no account. This is a no-strings free window, not a trial signup.

After the three-day window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three briefings lifetime, OR accept a one-time gift screen offering two weeks free of the Monthly subscription ($4/month after the two weeks). You may also purchase Annual ($25/year) or Lifetime ($59 one-time) at any time from the Settings screen. Pro unlocks unlimited briefings, a one-year audio archive, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Note available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

Pink Note is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Note, and not to redistribute or publicly broadcast the generated audio files as if they were a podcast, radio segment, or other published work, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Not professional advice

Pink Note is a personal journaling and spoken-word reflection tool. The briefings are written by an on-device language model and are not scheduling advice, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or weather forecasting you should rely on for safety-critical decisions. For authoritative weather, check a dedicated weather service; for authoritative scheduling, check your calendar app directly.

Disclaimers

Pink Note is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any decisions made on the basis of a generated briefing.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Note or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Note after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
