Pink Nest is an iOS app published by Danielius Studio LLC. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The numbers you see are the numbers you entered; the app is a tracker, not financial advice. It is provided as-is, with no warranty.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Nest on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Not financial advice

Pink Nest displays totals and trends based only on the figures you type in. It does not provide investment, tax, or financial advice, and does not connect to any financial institution. Decisions you make based on what you see in the app are your own.

No warranty

Pink Nest is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Nest at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
