Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Mira iOS app (“Pink Mira”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Mira is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Mira is

Pink Mira is an on-device mood-board distiller for iPhone. Each evening the app reads today's camera roll on your device, picks nine photos that share the day's aesthetic using Apple's on-device vision, draws a color palette from them, and writes a one-word vibe with Apple's on-device language model. Nothing about your photos, the palette, or the vibe word leaves your phone.

Pink Mira requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone with an A17 Pro chip or newer (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16, or newer). On older or unsupported devices, the app cannot generate boards because the on-device vision and Foundation Models APIs are not available.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. The vision and language model both run entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What Pink Mira is NOT

Pink Mira is not a photo editor. You cannot retouch, filter, or crop your photos. The app references photo identifiers in your library; it does not modify or duplicate the originals.

Pink Mira is not a social platform. Your boards stay on your device. The app has no feed, no comments, and no sharing surface beyond standard iOS share sheets you control.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Mira on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Generated content

The nine-photo selection comes from Apple's on-device vision. The one-word vibe comes from Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Because these models are probabilistic, the same day's photos may produce different boards and different vibe words on different attempts. We do not guarantee aesthetic or descriptive quality of any generated output.

Free window and subscriptions

When you first install Pink Mira, every feature is unlocked for three boards with no payment and no account.

After the free window, you may continue using the app for free with up to three saved boards lifetime, OR purchase Pro Monthly at $3, Pro Annual at $13, or Lifetime at $29 at any time from the Settings screen. Pink Mira Pro unlocks unlimited boards, the 52-week archive, and the Lock Screen widget.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Mira available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Mira, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimers

Pink Mira is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Mira or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Mira after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
