Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using the Pink Mesh iOS app (“Pink Mesh”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
Pink Mesh is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).
What Pink Mesh is
Pink Mesh is a personal 3D-capture journal for iPhone. You pick 5 to 20 photos of an object from your own Photos library and Pink Mesh uses Apple's RealityFoundation framework on-device to reconstruct a 3D model as a USDZ file. The finished USDZ, a 512-pixel cover thumbnail, the source-photo count, and a note you can type become a dated mesh entry. You can preview each mesh in AR through Quick Look.
Pink Mesh is not a photo editor, a social sharing service, a cloud backup, or a substitute for your Photos library. It does not modify, delete, or write back to the original photos that live in your library. Mesh entries are personal artifacts kept locally on your device.
On-device photogrammetry requires an A12 Bionic chip or later (iPhone XS and newer). On unsupported devices, new mesh generation is unavailable but existing meshes remain previewable.
The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Photogrammetry runs entirely on-device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Photos permission and what we do with it
Pink Mesh reads only the 5 to 20 photos you explicitly pick through Apple's system picker for each mesh. The app does not scan your broader Photos library and does not run photogrammetry on photos you have not explicitly picked. RealityFoundation does not perform face recognition or any biometric analysis on the source frames.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Mesh on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.
Free entries and subscriptions
Pink Mesh is free to install and free to use for your first three mesh entries lifetime. After the third mesh, continuing to add new meshes requires Pro.
Pro is available as a Monthly subscription at $4/month with a 14-day introductory offer on the Monthly plan, an Annual subscription at $25/year, or a Lifetime unlock at $59 one-time. Pro unlocks unlimited mesh entries.
All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Mesh available on the App Store under your Apple ID.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Mesh, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the source photos you pick and for ensuring you have the right to use them; the app provides no sharing or publishing surface beyond AR preview, and mesh entries are kept locally for your own personal reference.
Not measurement-grade, not for production use
Reconstruction quality depends entirely on the quality, overlap, lighting, and focus of the source photos you pick. The resulting USDZ is an approximation produced by Apple's photogrammetry pipeline and is not dimensionally calibrated, is not measurement-grade, and should not be relied on for 3D printing tolerances, engineering, manufacturing, medical, or any other use where geometric accuracy matters.
Disclaimers
Pink Mesh is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Mesh or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Mesh after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
