Terms of Use

Short version

Pink Lure is an iOS app published by Danielius Studio LLC. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. Follow your local fishing rules, and don't use the app to do anything illegal.

License

Danielius Studio LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pink Lure on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA (stdeula).

Follow local rules

Pink Lure is a personal log, not a licensing or regulatory tool. You are responsible for knowing and following the fishing seasons, limits, and permits that apply where you fish.

No warranty

Pink Lure is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Danielius Studio LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or its use.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

Termination

You may stop using Pink Lure at any time by deleting the app. All on-device state is deleted automatically when you uninstall.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The App Store Standard EULA may impose additional terms.
