Privacy Policy

Short version

Pink Lure does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs fully on your device. Your catches and the spots you mark stay on your phone. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising.

Who we are

Pink Lure is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

Location

If you mark where a catch happened, that location is saved inside the app on your device only. It is never uploaded, never shared, and never sent to a server. You can also enter or drop a spot by hand instead of granting location access, and you can use the app without sharing any location at all.

Camera and photos

Pink Lure asks for camera or photo access only so you can attach a picture of a catch. The image is saved inside the app on your device and never leaves it. You can decline access and still log catches.

Data we do NOT collect

What stays on your device

The catches, fish names, times, photos, and map pins you add are stored on your device only. Nothing leaves the device and nothing is sent to any server we operate. Uninstalling the app deletes it all.

In-app purchases

If you unlock a paid tier, that transaction is handled by Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes the payment and shares only the receipt with the app so we can verify your entitlement. We never see your card number, billing address, or any personal information beyond Apple's opaque transaction identifier.

Children

Pink Lure is rated 4+ in the App Store. Because the app collects no data at all, it complies with COPPA and similar children's-privacy regulations by design.

Your rights

Because Pink Lure does not collect data, there is nothing to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all on-device state, simply delete the app.

Changes

If we ever introduce a feature that involves any data leaving the device, this page will be updated and the “Last updated” date will change. For v1.0, no such feature exists.
